Cube's patriotic color scheme

I'm going to guess that Cube is a French bike company. They did a better job in their rear-wheel cut-out then the Carrero. However, there's still that gap the must cause a little wind damage/drag. Note that the top tube slopes up, unlike the Isaac which seems to slope down.
