For $2,000 a Dallas plastic surgeon will trim your nose.

For $4,000 you can buy this nose. (actually, I don't know the retail price).

Unlike the Felt, the tube does not hug the wheel. My guess is that Orbea would have done it if wind tunnel testing proved it helped.
